Traditional artwork from =Nekoori you say? IT MUST BE THE APOCALYPSE.

Seriously though… I apologize. I know that more than half of you probably watch me for this type of artwork and I have seriously been neglecting it. I have my reasons though, and they are my reasons alone. I won’t be doing too much traditional as you are probably used to, but hey, it’s better than nothing, no? :3

This is a collab I did with *marykonoha. She did the lineart, I colored, and did some funky effects on Photoshop. C: To be honest, I’m actually quite pleased with how it turned out! For once I’m proud of something I made. And it wasn’t too difficult either! Besides a few saving mishaps near the end I had no troubles.

What do you all think of the effects? ~MiatoSakura-chan introduced me to the wonderful word of digital scrapbooking only… yesterday and I just had to try my hand at a simple piece. <3 I love the elements behind digital scrapbooking. Who knew you could do such a thing? I certainly didn’t. I think it makes my pieces a bit more lively don’t you think? Better than a plain white background in any case. :/ I also had quite a bit of fun working with textures and learning how to do simple things on Photoshop. I truly do hope my efforts have paid off. :}

And in case you have difficulties reading the poem it says the following:

Kiss of an angel
Soft as a feathers embrace
A glimpse of heaven

It's meant to be a haiku you see, but in order to make the picture look better I structured it as you see above. I wrote it too.
